These Terms of Service set out the rules for using this website and for booking a discovery call with ZYDEN. They are meant to be read, so we have kept them plain. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Eloy Broens Consultancy, which trades under the name ZYDEN and is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website and the free discovery call. They do not set the terms of any paid work. If we agree to work together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and ZYDEN, which sets out the scope, the price, and what each side is responsible for. Where that agreement and these website terms differ, the agreement wins for that engagement.

3. Using the website

You may read this website and get in touch through it. When you use it, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaks these terms.
  • Try to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means without our permission.
  • Submit false details, spam, or malicious content through our forms.

4. The discovery call

You can request a discovery call through this site. The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. It is an introductory conversation to understand your business and see whether we can help. It is not paid advice, and neither side is committing to work together. We aim to reply within one working day, but we do not guarantee a specific response time. Any work beyond that call is agreed separately, as described in section 2.

5. Our content and brand

The ZYDEN name, logo, and brand, together with the text, design, images, and code on this website, belong to Eloy Broens Consultancy or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the pages for normal, personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse our content or brand for your own or commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. No professional advice

The information on this website is general information about ZYDEN and what we do. It is not tailored business, legal, financial, or tax advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for advice about your own situation. Any specific advice comes only through an agreed engagement.

7. Links to other websites

This site may link to websites we do not control, such as our LinkedIn page. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be online, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of it at any time.

9. Our responsibility to you

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, ZYDEN is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for loss caused by the site being unavailable or containing an error. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. The terms of any paid engagement, including its own liability arrangements, are set in the separate agreement for that work.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of this site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if the site or our services change. The current version is the one on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
