Before ZYDEN, I worked inside an international company, alongside major international brands. I saw up close how sales, marketing, finance and delivery either pull together or quietly work against each other.

I understand how a business actually runs, and I can build the fix myself. Most people do one or the other. No account managers, no handoffs. You work with me, start to finish.

ZYDEN means growth. That’s the whole job: find what’s holding you back, remove it, and leave you with something that’s yours to keep.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Agencies sell you what they make. We start by finding what you actually need, and sometimes that isn’t the thing you came in asking for. We understand first, build second, and hand it over so you’re not tied to us.

Is this for a business like mine?

Probably, if you’re a small business losing time to manual work, anywhere from a solo operator to a team of around twenty, across industries. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you on the call.

What does it cost?

It depends on what we find. A small fix and a rebuild aren’t the same price. We work that out together once we know what’s actually holding you back. The discovery call itself costs nothing.

What if there’s nothing you can help with?

Then we’ll say so, on the first call. We’d rather lose the work than sell you something you don’t need. Honesty at the gate is the whole point.

Do you actually build things, or just advise?

We build. Systems, software, automations, dashboards, websites, whatever the fix turns out to be. You don’t get left with a slide deck.

Will I be locked into a monthly contract?

No. This is a project with an end. We build ourselves out of the picture and leave you running it. If you want us back later, that’s your call, never a dependency.

What happens on a discovery call?

We get to know your business, where you want to take it, and where time and money are leaking. You leave with a clear read on what’s worth fixing first, whether or not you work with us. Around thirty minutes, no pitch.
